ICC Cricket World Cup 2019: India beat South Africa by 6 wickets

India beat South Africa by Six wickets in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 at The Rose Bowl, Southampton On Wednesday. 

South Africa played first and scored 227 runs for 9 wickets in 50 overs and set the target of 228, India chased the target and scored 230 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in 47.3 overs.

Rohit Sharma remained not out and scored a splendid 122 Runs from 144 balls. Whereas Yuzvendra Chahal, in his world cup debut gave a striking performance with four wickets for 51 runs in his 10 overs.

With todays loss South Africa slip to their third straight loss in the tournament.

India will play Australia next on 9th June at The Oval.
