A massive fire broke out on Saturday at a pesticide factory in Meerut, officials said.
Fire tenders are present at the spot and firefighting operations are going on to douse the flames.
According to officials, “the fire at a pesticide factory had spread to the adjacent factory in Mokampur area.”
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
An investigation into the matter is underway.
