The AIIMS forensic panel has ruled out a murder claim into the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput in its opinion submitted to CBI, sources said.
The panel has dismissed the theories of poisoning and strangling made by the actor’s family and their lawyer.
The high-profile case has seen twists from allegations of money-laundering to drug deals.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead on June 14 in his Mumbai apartment. The actor’s family has accused Rhea Chakraborty of abetting his suicide and misappropriating his funds.
Rhea was arrested by the NCB on drugs-related charges relating to the case.
