Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday took a jibe at the Central government and asked whether it has any plans to reclaim the land, which Chinese have captured or is that also going to be left to an ‘Act of God’.
Taking to the microblogging site, Rahul said, “The Chinese have taken our land. When exactly is GOI planning to get it back? Or is that also going to be left to an ‘Act of God’?”
Amid standoff with China in Eastern Ladakh, recently Indian Army has taken control over heights overlooking the Chinese Army positions at Finger 4 along Pangong lake.
According to sources, operations were carried out along with the preemptive actions to take control of the heights near the Southern bank of Pangong lake around August end. The Chinese army was sitting there from around April-May but refused to disengage from there.
