Navjot Singh Sidhu photographed with Khalistani terrorist Gopal Singh Chawla in Pakistan

Navjot Singh Sidhu who made headlines for being in Pakistan for the Kartapur corridor foundation ceremony by Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday has landed in a new controversy after Khalistani terrorist Gopal Singh Chawla posted a photograph posing with Sidhu in Pakistan.

Gopal Chawla, a close aide of Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Hafiz Saeed, posted a picture of him with Sidhu standing next to him on his Facebook page.

On Wednesday, Chawla was seen meeting Pakistan Army chief Qamar Javed  Bajwa at the event to lay the foundation stone for the Kartarpur Corridor.

Chawla was greeted by Bajwa as soon as he arrived to attend the ground-breaking ceremony.

Akali leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa while sharing a photo on Twitter, questioned Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh that he declined to visit Pakistan because Pakistan supports anti-India and anti-Punjab activities, but his own minister goes against his wishes and asked whether Amarinder will sack Sidhu or not.

“@capt_amarinder declined to visit Pak bcos Pak supports anti-India & anti-Punjab activities; but his own Minister @sherryontopp goes agnst his wish & gets clickd with Gopal S Chawla; close aide of Hafiz Saeed & anti-India persn Wud Captain Sahab sack his irresponsible Minister?” Sirsa tweeted.
