A labourer from Chhattisgarh was on Wednesday shot dead by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district, police said.
The deceased worked at a local brick kiln.
The area has been cordoned off by the police.
Kashmir Zone Police in a tweet said, “#Terrorists #killed a #civilian in #Kakpora area of #Pulwama. Area has been #cordoned and #searches are going on. Further details shall follow.”
This is the second killing in the valley this week. On Monday, a truck driver from Rajasthan was shot dead by terrorists in Shopian.
