A woman was killed and another person got injured after being shot by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Wednesday.
According to a police official, terrorists fired upon a man and a woman in Narbal area of Kakapora in Pulwama district today. While the lady succumbed to injuries, the injured man was rushed to a hospital for further treatment.
The deceased has been identified as Nigeena Bano, said police.
Kashmir Zone police said in a tweet, “#Terrorists fired on #civilians killing a girl Nigeena Bano & injuring another civilian Mohd Sultan in #Pulwama. #Police has registered a #case. Officers are investigating circumstances of this #terrorcrime.”
