DMK President MK Stalin hospitalised with Kidney infection

MK Stalin, president of Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK), was admitted to the Apollo hospital in Chennai late Wednesday night.

According to the reports, DMK chief was admitted for the treatment of kidney infection.

Sources says, Stalin. 65 felt discomfort in his Alwarpet house around midnight and was suddenly taken to Apollo hospital.

However, Doctors examining Stalin advised him to take rest for two or three days

MK Stalin took the charge of DMK as President on August 28 after the death of his father and DMK supremo Karunanidhi on August 7.

MK Stalin’s journey in politics started with campaigning along with his father at the early age of 14. He became the party’s youth – wing secretary in 1984 and party deputy general secretary in 2003.
