At least six persons including five children were killed and several others injured when the school bus they were travelling in lost control and fell into a 150-feet gorge in Himachal Pradesh’s Sirmaur district on Saturday, police said.
The incident took place at Kharkolin on the Sangrah-Dadahu road in Sirmaur district.
There were 16 occupants in the bus, including the driver and a helper.
Children with serious injuries were taken the Nahan medical college, while rest were admitted to Dadahu hospital.
According to officials, the children travelling in the bus were students of a private school at Dadahu.
