With 27,071 fresh cases of the coronavirus and 336 deaths in the past 24 hours, India’s tally stands at 98,84,100, while the death toll rose to 1,43,355, according to Health Ministry data.
Of the total cases, 93,88,159 have been cured/discharged. There are 3,52,586 active cases of COVID-19 in India.
The recovery rate among coronavirus patients stands at 94.98%.
Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) said over 15.45 crore samples have been tested up to December 13 of which 8,55,157 samples were tested yesterday.
