With 22,065 fresh cases of the coronavirus and 354 deaths in the past 24 hours, India’s tally stands at 99,06,165, while the death toll rose to 1,43,709, according to Health Ministry data.
Of the total cases, 94,22,636 have been cured/discharged. There are 3,39,820 active cases of COVID-19 in India.
The recovery rate among coronavirus patients stands at 95.12%.
Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) said over 15.55 crore samples have been tested up to December 14 of which 9,93,665 samples were tested yesterday.
