UP doctor Kafeel Khan booked under NSA for speech during anti-CAA protest

Uttar Pradesh doctor Kafeel Khan has been charged under National Security Act (NSA) for his alleged inflammatory speech against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA) at the Aligarh Muslim University in December last year.

Khan was granted bail on Monday, but he has not been released from jail.

In January, he was arrested by the UP Special Task Force from Mumbai for his remarks during protests against the Citizenship Amendments Act (CAA) at the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU).

A case was registered against Khan for promoting enmity between different religions.
