Bihar Chief Minister and Janata Dal (United) Nitish Kumar on Thursday said that Bihar Assembly Polls 2020 would be his last elections.
“This is my last election,” said Kumar while campaigning in Purnia.
While appealing to the voters to ensure his party’s victory, he said, ‘Ant bhala to sab bhala’ (All’s well that ends well).
Kumar’s announcement came on the last day of campaigning for the 2020 Bihar assembly elections.
Nitish Kumar’s JD(U), an ally of the NDA, is up against Grand Alliance’s Chief Ministerial candidate Tejashwi Yadav.
Voting for the third and final phase of the Bihar elections will take place on November 7. The results will be announced on November 10.
