Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao on Friday announced a contribution of Rs.25 Crore on behalf of state government to the rain and flood-affected Kerala.
Chief Minister of Telangana also instructed the Chief Secretary S.K.Joshi to immediately hand over the amount to Kerala state.
KC Rao also instructed the officials to dispatch Rs 2.5 crore worth RO machines to Kerala, in view of water getting polluted due to floods.
He also added, it is the responsibility of Telangana people to help Kerala in their trouble.
The Chief Minister urged the Telangana people to help in the rescue operations.
He also appealed to Industrialists, businessmen and entire Telangana society to donate to the State’s relief fund and arrangements would be done to hand over to the Kerala government.
