Joint teams of Jammu and Kashmir Police and Indian Army on Saturday busted a terror module in Mendhar area of Poonch district.
With this, security forces have foiled major terror plans for target killings and IED explosions.
Security forces have also recovered IEDs, 3 pistols, 11 grenades, wireless sets and pen drive with IED making instructions.
“Plan for target killings and IED explosions foiled by joint teams of Police and Army. Terror module busted in Mendhar, Poonch. Two persons arrested. Recoveries include IEDs, 3 Pistols, 11 grenades, IED making instructions in a pen drive, wireless sets etc. case registered,” J&K police tweeted.
