A second coronavirus death has been confirmed in Washington, according to press release from Public Health – Seattle and King County.
The patient was a man in his 70s with underlying health conditions.
The first death was on Saturday and was a King County man in his 50s.
The individual who died was a man in his 50s with underlying health conditions who had no history of travel or contact with a known COVID-19 case, the release said.
President Trump in a tweet said, “Coronavirus: In addition to screening travelers “prior to boarding” from certain designated high risk countries, or areas within those countries, they will also be screened when they arrive in America. Thank you!”
In Italy, the death toll from an outbreak of coronavirus has risen to 34, the Civil Protection Agency said on Sunday.
South Korea has reported nearly 500 new Coronavirus cases in the country.
