At least one student was killed and 20 others got injured when a bus carrying a group of students collided with a truck in Bihar on October 22 night. Out of 20 injured students, one student’s condition is critical and he has been referred to the Jamui.
The accident occurred in Aurangabad District when the students were returning from Rajgir after an educational trip.
The accident site falls under the Barun police station limits in Aurangabad.
The injured have been admitted to a hospital for further medical treatment.
Sub-divisional officer Pradeep Kumar said, “One student has died. Those who were admitted at the hospital have been given first aid while the ones who were critical have been referred to Jamui. A team of doctors is looking after all of them.”
