Sachin Pilot arrived in Delhi on Friday night and will stay in the capital till Sunday. He is reportedly in touch with the Priyanka Gandhi and will meet other party leaders over the weekend.
Earlier, he denied the claims of BJP leader Rita Bahuguna Joshi that he was at the Congress exit door. Rita Bahuguna, a former Congress leader, had claimed that she had spoken to Sachin Pilot and had reason to believe he would join the BJP soon.
Responding to a question of reporters in Jaipur, on a claim by UP BJP leader Rita Bahuguna Joshi that he may join her party soon, Pilot said: I have also heard this. Rita Bahuguna Joshi has said that she has spoken with Sachin, it is possible that she has spoken with Sachin Tendulkar. She doesn’t have the courage to speak with me.”
The Pilot camp is unhappy with the party high command who assured to resolve the issues raised by him against the leadership of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. But the matters are still unsolved and nothing was done by the committee.
