The Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur, (COHSEM) on Friday, announced the result of the Class 12 examination for the three streams – Arts, Science, and Commerce – at http://manresults.nic.in/.
The pass percentage this year is 86%, which is the highest in three years and Pherzawl
district has recorded the highest number with 100 pass percentage.
Archana Hijam, a student of MECI Explorer’s Academy, Changangei Uchekon, has topped
the Science stream; she secured 485 marks in total out of 500.
Khomdram Menaka Devi of T. G. Higher Secondary School, secured the 1st rank, scoring
464 marks out of 500.
Justina Yendrembam has topped the Commerce stream. She secured 448 marks in total.
Dr. Thokchom Radheshyam Singh, the Education Minister of the state, along with officials
of the education department, declared the result officially.
Declaring the result, Mr. Radhesyam lauded the efforts of the teachers and officials of the
education department for smoothly conducting the examination, followed by examining the
papers in this trying time of COVID 19 pandemic.
