The law student who had gone missing after accusing former Union minister Swami Chinmayanand of sexual harassment will have to be produced before the court on Friday, the Supreme Court ordered.
The UP police found the girl this morning along with her friend.
A bench headed by Justice R. Banumathi said they will interact with the girl in their chambers.
It said the judges will have interaction with a girl and then hold an open court hearing in the matter.
The law student had recently posted a video on social media accusing Chinmayanand of sexual harassment. In a video, she had appealed to PM Modi and UP CM Yogi Adityanath for their intervention to ensure justice to her.
She also said that Chinmayanand had ruined the lives of numerous students and she had evidence against him, which was why she was requesting PM Modi and CM Yogi to help her out.
Soon after this disclosure by posting a video clip on her facebook page, the girl had gone missing.
Chinmayanand meanwhile had alleged that there was a conspiracy to extort Rs. five Crores from him. He had claimed that he had got extortion calls and therefore also filed an FIR against unknown people through his legal advisor.
