An encounter is underway between terrorists and security forces at Zadibal area of Srinagar on Sunday.
A joint team of security forces had launched a cordon and search operation at Zadibal area following inputs about the presence of terrorists there.
According to the sources, three terrorists are believed to be trapped in the area.
Mobile internet services have been snapped as a precautionary measure.
Kashmir Zone Police in a tweet said, “#Encounter has started at #Zadibal Soura area of #Srinagar. Police and security forces are on the job. Further details shall follow.”
