England played first and scored 337 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 50 overs and set the target of 338, chasing the target India scored 306 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 50 overs.
Jonny Bairstow scored 111 Runs from 109 balls, whereas Ben Stokes scored 79 runs from 54 balls.
For India, Rohit Sharma scored 102 runs from 109 balls.
India will play Bangladesh next on 2nd July.
