Global COVID-19 cases cross 4 million mark

The number of novel coronavirus cases crossed the four million mark globally while the number of people who died from the virus topped 270,000.

Out of all the countries affected, the US has been worst affected with more than 1.3 million cases and nearly 80,000 deaths.

Spain is the second worst affected country from virus followed by Italy, UK, Russia, France, Germany and Brazil.

The virus which was first originated in China’s Wuhan has spread to at least 185 countries.
