Delhi’s Patiala House Court on Wednesday sent Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief Yasin Malik to judicial custody till May 24, sources said.

The court also sought reply from the defence counsel on a plea of Tihar Jail authorities seeking direction to produce Malik through video conferencing over security concerns.

Malik was arrested in connection with a case related to funding of separatists and terror groups in Jammu and Kashmir. Court had sent him to the custody of National Investigation Agency (NIA) till April 22.
