Bihar assembly elections: Tejashwi Yadav targets BJP over inflation

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav on Monday targeted BJP over inflation in the state.

Talking about unemployment, inflation and corruption, Tejashwi Yadav said, “Common man is bearing the brunt due to inflation, corruption and unemployment. Businesses are shut. Farmers, Labourers, youth and business community have no work and is getting difficult for them to make a living. BJP has destroyed the small businessman. BJP people used to wear onion garlands whenever there was an increase in prices and now we are giving them these onion garlands.”

Tejashwi has been continuously targetting Nitish Kumar over various issues in the state. On October 25, Tejashwi had said that the tired CM was running away from reality, logic and facts.

“Respected Nitish ji has become completely energyless. People are tired of his stale, boring and age-old statements. Tired Nitish Kumar is running away from reality, logic and facts. He is turning the stale pages of history by ruining the present and future of crores of young of Bihar,” Tejashwi tweeted.

Bihar with 243 Assembly seats will go to polls in three phases. The first phase of elections will be held on October 28, the second phase of elections will be held on November 3 and the last phase of elections will be held on November 7. The results will be declared on November 10.
