HUKKA PARLOUR
The ever mushrooming hukka parlours are yet
another place that are frequented by young boys and
girls. An employee of one such hukka parlour based
in Andheri — Manju Shetty (name changed) told
Tehelka that small amount of drugs are mixed with
hukka’s ingredients in order to trigger addiction.
