Two private security guards of a bank were allegedly killed by unidentified robbers in a loot attempt in Noida city.
The incident took place on the Friday morning when the guards were on duty at the Punjab National Bank’s Circle Office branch in Sector 1, police said.
According to the sources, the robbers attacked security guards with sharp objects, which led to their death.
As per the reports, no robbery was reported although the crime appeared to be a robbery attempt at the bank.
The deceased have been identified as Mudrika Prasad and Mukesh.
The bodies of the deceased have been sent for post mortem.
An investigation is going on to identify the culprits.
