Siddharth Shukla dies of cardiac arrest at 40

Eminent TV actor, best known for big boss 13th winner Siddharth Shukla passed away on Thursday due to massive cardiac arrest in Mumbai’s Cooper Hospital.

He was 40 years old. He is survived by his mother and two sisters in Mumbai.

According to the sources, actor Siddharth had taken some medicine before sleeping at night. But after that he could not get up. The hospital later confirmed that Siddhartha died of a heart attack.

The senior Cooper Hospital official said-“He was brought dead to the hospital some time ago,”  “Initial report indicates that he died of a heart attack. We, however, won’t be able to confirm the cause of his death until we complete the post mortem,” a senior doctor from the forensic department of the hospital.

He is also known for his roles in films like ‘Humpty Sharma Ke Dulhania’, daily soaps as ‘Balika Vadhu’ and ‘Dil Se Dil Tak’.

After his death, the twitter is flooded with condolence messages of prominent TV and bollywood celebrities. Comedian and actor Sunil Grover tweeted, “Shocked and sad to know about Sidharth Shukla. Gone too soon. Prayers. Rest in peace.” Actor Nimrat Kaur wrote, “Heartfelt condolences to the loved ones of late Sidharth Shukla. Terribly shocking and distressing news….” Maniesh Paul, Koena Mitra, Bipasha Basu and several others took to social media to pay tribute.
