Real estate developer SBP Group today announced a long-term strategic partnership with construction major Longowalia Group in a move aimed at accelerating project execution and ensuring timely delivery of its residential, commercial and plotted developments across Punjab and the Tricity region.
The collaboration is expected to enhance construction speed, project planning, resource deployment and quality standards as SBP expands its development portfolio.
SBP Group Chairman and Managing Director Aman Singla described the partnership as a major milestone in the company’s growth strategy, saying it reinforces SBP’s commitment to timely execution despite fluctuating market conditions.

This partnership with Longowalia further strengthens our ability to deliver projects on time with uncompromising quality,”Singla said.
Managing Director of Longowalia Infra Private Limited, Sandeep Longowalia, said the collaboration extends well beyond a conventional contractor-client relationship and has been conceived as a long-term execution partnership to support SBP’s growing pipeline of projects.

Highlighting the company’s performance, Singla said SBP has maintained steady progress across all its ongoing projects by prioritising execution over aggressive launches, even amid subdued market conditions.
Responding to a query, Singla said SBP is currently undertaking more than 20 million square feet of residential and commercial construction, generating direct and indirect employment for nearly 1,500 skilled and unskilled workers.
“We have over 30 projects in the pipeline, of which 15 are currently under various stages of construction across Punjab and the Tricity. Every month, we consume millions of tonnes of steel and ready-mix concrete (RMC) during construction. This momentum will further strengthen employment generation over the next couple of years as our projects approach completion,” he said.
