The six-day event has brought over 34 leading automobile manufacturers together, highlighting advancements in mobility with more than 100 vehicles expected to be launched during the expo. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said, \u201cThere is a positivity in India in terms of the future of mobility. The automobile industry in India is fantastic and future ready.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Present there, Piyush Goyal, Minister of Industry and Supply said that the Bharat Mobility Expo has become the second biggest automotive show in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"780\" height=\"881\" src=\"https:\/\/tehelka.com\/media\/2025\/01\/Priyanka-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-351883\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tehelka.com\/media\/2025\/01\/Priyanka-2.jpg 780w, https:\/\/tehelka.com\/media\/2025\/01\/Priyanka-2-266x300.jpg 266w, https:\/\/tehelka.com\/media\/2025\/01\/Priyanka-2-768x867.jpg 768w, https:\/\/tehelka.com\/media\/2025\/01\/Priyanka-2-696x786.jpg 696w, https:\/\/tehelka.com\/media\/2025\/01\/Priyanka-2-372x420.jpg 372w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 780px) 100vw, 780px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The expo witnessed several key launches on the first day as Maruti Suzuki unveiled its first electric vehicle, e-Vitara, and Hyundai launched its e-Creta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tata Motors has also showcased two additions including Sierra EV and Harrier EV which are due to launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vietnam EV manufacturer and a strong competition to Tesla, VinFast is also showcasing its range of electric vehicles designed for the local market. The company will officially come to India next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other launches include MG Motor\u2019s MG Cyberster, M9, Porsche is showcasing its Macan and Taycan which has gone electric too. Chinese automaker BYD introduced the Sealion 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of two wheelers, Ola Electric, Ather, Motovolt, and TVS among others are showcasing their advancements in the two-wheeler industry.
