How many people can a candidate bring together and what work has he or she done for the party and society. It all matters when the party chooses its candidate for the polls,&#8221; said the source.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to sources, the party will come up with the candidates list in the mid December, probably after December 15 which will have many new and young faces.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;After December 15 the party might release the candidates list. This time many new faces will be there in the list with 70:30 ratio of men and women respectively,&#8221; said a party insider.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The party has recently announced 43 committees with an eye on the polls.
