Tarun Chug, national general secretary of the BJP, said on Saturday that his organisation has transformed Kashmir from a centre of terrorism into a tourist destination.<\/p>\n

The BJP, he continued, “won’t let the Abdullahs, Muftis, and Gandhis take Kashmir back to the 1990s.”<\/p>\n

“The BJP turned J&K from a hub of terrorism into a tourist destination,\u201d Chugh, told a news conference in Srinagar. \u201cThis year, millions of visitors visited Kashmir. In J&K, vikas (progress) is happening in all areas.\u201d<\/p>\n

New Delhi, according to the BJP leader, was making every effort to bring prosperity, peace, and development to Jammu and Kashmir.<\/p>\n

The BJP leader reaffirmed that elections would soon be held in Jammu and Kashmir.<\/p>\n
