{"id":339431,"date":"2022-09-08T01:05:55","date_gmt":"2022-09-08T06:35:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tehelka.com\/?p=339431"},"modified":"2022-09-08T06:55:01","modified_gmt":"2022-09-08T12:25:01","slug":"one-killed-by-three-nihangs-in-amritsar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tehelka.com\/one-killed-by-three-nihangs-in-amritsar\/","title":{"rendered":"One killed by three Nihangs in Amritsar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A young man was allegedly killed by three nihangs near the Golden Temple.<\/p>\n<p>Confirming the incident here today, Police\u00a0 commissioner Arunpal Singh said that incident\u00a0 occurred\u00a0 last night at Kahia Wala Bazar in the walled city\u00a0 near the Golden Temple.<\/p>\n<p>He said victim has been identified Harmanjeet Singh (22) resident of Chattiwind locality Amritsar.<\/p>\n<p>He further said victim was standing at Kahia wala Bazar where three nihangs came, indulged\u00a0 in verbal spat alleged that victim was in the influence of alcohol besides consuming\u00a0 tobacco\u00a0 substance and gradually they indulged in manhandled with\u00a0 Victim Harmanjeet Singh.<\/p>\n<p>Before escaping from the spot accused grievesouly injured Harmanjeet with sharp edged weapon, attacked on his head and victim died due to profuse bleeding.<\/p>\n<p>Commissioner\u00a0 said all the alleged accused\u00a0 have been identified as one of the accused Ramandeep\u00a0 Singh also arrested by police and\u00a0 rest two would be\u00a0 nabbed shortly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A young man was allegedly killed by three nihangs near the Golden Temple.
