CM asked Warring to tell him when is the birthday of Shaheed Bhagat Singh which Warring failed to reply. Bhagwant Mann expressed surprise that Warring was not aware of birth anniversary of great martyr.<\/p>\n<p>Bhagwant Mann informed the house that special programmes would be held on Shaheed Bhagat Singh birthday on September 28.<\/p>\n<p>The house also passed a resolution to install statutes of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Baba Sahib Bhim Rao Ambedkar and Maharaja Ranjit Singh.
