During a Russian Security Council meeting on Friday,\u00a0 Russian President Vladimir Putin suggested that it would be \u201ceasier\u201d to negotiate with the Ukrainian Army than with politicians in Kiev. Ukraine\u2019s armed forces should take power in the country and negotiate peace with Moscow.<\/p>\n

He also accused the Kiev government and \u201cneo-Nazis\u201d of using civilians as \u201chuman shields\u201d amid Russia\u2019s offensive in Ukraine. Putin said the Ukrainian military must not allow the government to use their \u201cchildren, wives and loved ones as human shields\u201d \u2013 tactics he insisted Kiev is using during Moscow\u2019s military operation, the report said.<\/p>\n

\u201cTake the power into your own hands!\u201d the Russian President said, arguing that the army would be a better negotiating partner than \u201ca bunch of drug-addicts and neo-Nazis\u201d who he claimed have \u201centrenched themselves in Kiev\u201d, and have been holding the people \u201chostage\u201d, RT reported.<\/p>\n
