The crash took place in the Nilgiri a short while ago. Chopper MI-17 took off from the army base in Sulur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fourteen people including CDS Bipin Rawat, his family and staff members were on board. The crash took place in the Nilgiri. 13 people have died in a chopper crash and one is severe burn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gen Bipin Rawat had taken a flight from Delhi to Sulur earlier today.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Indian Air Force confirmed on Twitter said that, \u201cAn IAF Mi-17V5 helicopter, with CDS Gen Bipin Rawat on board, met with an accident today near Coonoor, Tamil Nadu.
