He was 92<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">His son Naseem Geelani said, Geelani was buried in a quiet funeral organised by the authorities under harsh restrictions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">According to him the family had planned the burial at the main martyrs\u2019 graveyard in Srinagar, the region\u2019s main city, as per his will, but \u201cthey (police) snatched his body and forcibly buried him\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cWe told the administration that we will bury him at 10am so that our relatives who live in far-off areas could attend,\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u201cBut they took the body forcefully at 3am and did not allow any of us to take part in the last prayers.
