If in every law and order matter, which is entirely within a state&#8217;s jurisdiction, the CBI comes&#8230; it is transgression of the state&#8217;s right.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I&#8217;m sure the (Bengal) state government\u00a0will judge the situation and take a decision to appeal to a higher court, if necessary,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, The BJP Union Minister Anurag Thakur welcomed the judgement and said &#8220;there is no place for violence in a democracy&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;We welcome the court&#8217;s decision. In a democracy\u00a0everyone has the right to spread their ideology but one is allowed to spread violence.
