As within a week of the unlocking large crowd were seen in the markets, breaking covid protocols.<\/p>\n<p>The high court issued notices to the Centre and the Delhi government asking them to file a status report. It also asked authorities to make strict measures against violators and alert shopkeepers.<\/p>\n<p>Thousands were seen at popular shopping markets in the city, violating Covid protocols such as social distancing and wearing of masks that could lead to a resurgence in COVID-19 infections.<\/p>\n<p>In view of declining COVID-19 numbers in the capital on Monday shops, malls, restaurants were reopened.
