They are observing a day-long relay hunger strike at all sites of protest on Delhi&#8217;s borders with Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Everyday 11 farmers will sit on hunger strike for 24 hours, according to farmer leaders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The Union Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare has written a letter to the protesting farmers and invited them for next round of talks. In the letter, the government has also sought suggestions for the date of the meeting from farmers&#8217; leaders. The letter states that the Centre is ready to discuss farmers&#8217; apprehensions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The previous round of talks between the government and the farmer unions have failed to break the deadlock with the farmers insisting on the withdrawal of the three farm laws.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Delhi Traffic Police update: Singhu, Auchandi, Piau Maniyari, Saboli &amp; Mangesh borders are closed. Please take alternate routes via Lampur, Safiabad, Palla &amp; Singhu school toll tax borders. Traffic has been diverted from Mukarba &amp; GTK Road. Please avoid Outer Ring Road, GTK Road &amp; NH-44.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Chilla &amp; Gazipur borders are closed for traffic coming from Noida &amp; Ghaziabad to Delhi because of farmer protests.
