He urged everyone who came in contact with him recently to get themselves tested.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cOn getting initial symptoms of coronavirus, I got myself tested and the report came back positive. Following doctors\u2019 advice, I am following all\u00a0Covid-19\u00a0protocol in home isolation. I appeal to those who came in contact with me in recent days to isolate themselves and get themselves tested,\u201d Nadda tweeted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Recently, Nadda visited West Bengal during which his convoy was attacked while he was on his way to the Diamond Harbour area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Stones were hurled at the convoy of JP Nadda and party leader\u00a0Kailash Vijayvargiya when they were heading towards Diamond Harbour area in West Bengal\u2019s South 24 Parganas district.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Besides Nadda, a number of cars, including that of Kailash Vijayvargiya and Dilip Ghosh, were damaged in the attack.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The attack had triggered a massive political war of words between the BJP and the Trinamool Congress (TMC).<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president Jagat Prakash Nadda on Sunday tested positive for coronavirus.
