Farmer leader Darshan Pal said that the farmers will continue their agitation till the three farm laws are repealed. “The Centre should call a special session of Parliament to repeal the three farm laws,” Singh said.<\/span><\/p>\n

Union agriculture minister Narendra Singh Tomar and railway minister Piyush Goyal met home minister Amit Shah today on ways to dispel concerns over the new farm laws.<\/span><\/p>\n

Delhi Traffic Police in a tweet informed that the Kalindi Kunj border that was closed due to farmers’ agitation has been opened now.<\/span><\/p>\n

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal today hit out at Punjab CM Capt Amarinder Singh over the ongoing farmers’ agitation. In a live video address Kejriwal said Punjab CM should not do dirty politics over farmers’ issues.<\/span><\/p>\n

Punjab Chief Minister\u00a0Captain Amarinder Singh also lashed out at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for stooping to shamelessly low level of politics.<\/span><\/p>\n

On Tuesday, Narendra Singh Tomar, Piyush Goyal and Som Prakash interacted with the representatives of Farmers Organizations of Punjab in Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Ministers again explained the benefits of Farm Reform Acts to the representatives of the Farmers\u2019 Unions. Various issues related to Farm Reform Acts were discussed at length and talks were held in a cordial atmosphere, according to the government statement.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the deliberations, the Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister proposed to constitute an expert committee to put forth the issues of farmers so as to resolve them with mutual consent but the representative of the Farmers Union suggested that all the representatives will attend further round of discussions with the Government to resolve the matter amicably.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
