However, he hoped that situation should come under control in the next 7-10 days.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Addressing a press conference, Kejriwal said one of the main reasons behind the fresh surge in COVID-19 cases in Delhi is pollution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The chief minister claimed that the city has contained rising cases but after pollution increased, the number of cases also shot up.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">India&#8217;s\u00a0Covid-19\u00a0tally reached above the 87 lakh-mark on Friday as Delhi recorded 7,053 fresh\u00a0COVID-19\u00a0cases in a day, after which the total tally in Delhi surpassed 4.67 lakh-mark.
