The bench also observed that once the investigation by the CBI concludes, the transfer of the trial in the case from Uttar Pradesh to Delhi can be considered.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">The bench also directed the CBI to file its status reports in Allahabad High Court.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">The 19-year-old woman died after she was allegedly gang-raped by four men of her village. All four accused have been arrested.
