Therefore, there is an appeal to everyone that they should make the BSP and RLSP etc. coalition successful by giving their vote, while staying away from all kinds of tactics and conspiracies of the opponents.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Bihar with 243 Assembly seats will go to polls in three phases. The first phase of elections will be held on October 28, the second phase of elections will be held on November 3 and the last phase of elections will be held on November 7.
