He was evaluated and an emergency coronary angioplasty was performed in the middle of night,&#8221; the hospital stated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cCurrently, he is admitted in ICU and under close supervision of Dr Atul Mathur and his team. Kapil Dev is stable now and he is expected to get discharged in couple of days,\u201d the statement said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Soon after the news broke, wishes for speedy recovery poured in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Virat Kohli in a tweet said, \u201cPraying for your speedy recovery. Kapil was taken to the hospital in time as he complained of uneasiness.
