He was referred to the SMS hospital in Jaipur in a critical condition. But, later succumbed to his injuries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot termed the incident extremely unfortunate and condemnable and said the guilty would not be spared.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cThe death of Babu Lal Vaishnav is extremely unfortunate and condemnable. Such acts have no place in a civilised society. The state government stands by the grieving family. The main accused has been arrested and a case is underway. The guilty will not be spared,\u201d Gehlot tweeted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Targeting the Congress government over the incident, the opposition BJP said that the law and order situation has worsened in the state.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cThe crime incidents have increased in the state.
