\"\"<\/a>Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday launched a public movement and appealed everyone to unite in the fight against corona.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a tweet, PM Modi appealed everyone to unite in the fight against Corona. Reiterating the key message of ‘wear a mask, wash hands, follow social distancing and practice do gaj ki doori’, the Prime Minister said together we will succeed and win against the Covid-19.<\/span><\/p>\n

“India\u2019s COVID-19 fight is people driven and gets great strength from our COVID warriors. Our collective efforts have helped saved many lives. We have to continue the momentum and protect our citizens from the virus. <\/span>#Unite2FightCorona,”\u00a0PM Modi said in a tweet.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

“Let us #Unite2FightCorona! Let us always remember: Wear a mask. Wash hands.\u00a0<\/span>Follow social distancing. Practice \u2018Do Gaj Ki Doori.\u2019 Together, we will succeed. Together, we will win against COVID-19,” PM Modi added.<\/span><\/p>\n

The campaign is being launched with the aim to encourage People\u2019s Participation. Under the campaign, a COVID-19 Pledge will be taken by all. A Concerted Action Plan will be implemented by Central Government Ministries, Departments and State Governments, Union Territories with the following highlights:<\/span><\/p>\n

Region-specific targeted communication in high case-load districts.<\/span>
\nSimple and easily understandable messages to reach every citizen<\/span>
\nDissemination throughout the country using all media platforms<\/span>
\nBanners and Posters at public places; involving Frontline workers and Targeting Beneficiaries of Government Schemes<\/span>
\nHoardings\/ wall paintings\/ electronic display boards in government premises<\/span>
\nInvolvement of Local and National influencers to drive home the message<\/span>
\nRunning mobile vans for regular awareness generation<\/span>
\nAudio messages; pamphlets\/ brochures on awareness<\/span>
\nSeeking support of Local Cable Operators for running COVID messages<\/span>
