Mr. Gupteshwar Pandey has served in the police force for a long time. Janata Dal United will be strengthened by the arrival of Mr. Gupteshwar Pandey,&#8221; the\u00a0party tweeted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Gupteshwar Pandey took voluntary retirement from service on September 23.
