font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">&#8220;In light of recent positive developments, Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross, at the direction of President Trump, will delay the prohibition of identified transactions pursuant to Executive Order 13942, related to the TikTok mobile application that would have been effective on Sunday, September 20, 2020, until September 27, 2020, at 11:59 p.m,&#8221; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">On September 18, the US government decided to block access to TikTok and WeChat on to safeguard the national security of the Country.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross had said, \u201cIn response to President Trump\u2019s Executive Orders signed August 6, 2020, the Department of Commerce announced prohibitions on transactions relating to mobile applications (apps) WeChat and TikTok to safeguard the national security of the United States.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Wilbur Ross in a tweet had said, \u201cAt the President\u2019s direction, we have taken significant action to combat China\u2019s malicious collection of American citizens\u2019 personal data, while promoting our national values, democratic rules-based norms, and aggressive enforcement of U.S. laws and regulations.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
